Bloodies and Boils!
In preparation for the Halloween party weekend ahead and the morning after!
Pick your poison whether it be a Bloody Mary or a Bloody Caesar then choose your favorite fish to boil. I personally prefer Hog to Grouper!
Nothing beats this winning combo for a morning after hangover when you feel like the walking dead!

MARY
Lemon wedge.
Lime wedge.
Premium Vodka.
4 oz. Tomato juice.
2 dashes. Tabasco Sauce.
2 tsp. Prepared horseradish.
2 dashes. Worcestershire sauce.
1 pinch. Celery salt.
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch smoked paprika -
CAESAR
1 1/2 ounces vodka
4 ounces clamato juice
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Tabasco Sauce
Lime wedge
Pepper to taste
Celery salt
Celery stalk for garnish -
BOIL
2lbs grouper of hog fillets, skinless
2 limes, juice of
1⁄2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
2 yellow onions, chopped
1 clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
1⁄2 lb potato, peeled and very thickly sliced (about 2 medium red skinned)
1 -2 tablespoon butter
1⁄4 teaspoon hot chili pepper, finely chopped
