Local vs Imported

On the Eve of New Years we set off from the Staniel Cay Yacht Club to look for our little friends, curb and whelk to collect and bring home for a family lunch before the evening festivities!

Also on the menu is caviar, our imported friends from Russia to accompany our gang of revelers!

I look out at the beautiful blue sea of the Bahamas and think how blessed we truly are to be on this earth and look forward to a healthy, happy, prosperous New Year!
