The Tide is High and I’m holding on!
This evening I was wowed and amazed at the relaunch of the 3 Tides at the Grand Hyatt.
Branded as a simple, sophisticated Fish House this little nautical treasure has all the favorites like raw oysters, stunning seafood towers, small plates, grilled plates and even sushi!
With their open kitchen concept and creative menu featuring fresh local and imported seafood you cannot help but feel the rhythm of the islands and be embraced by its bright and light décor.
This resort certainly knows how to throw a party and I am ready to embrace the action.

Even the art work that adorns the walls of the restaurant are inspiring, colorful, vibrant and courtesy of some very talented Bahamian artists.
